About Dr. Oliver

Dr. Christian Oliver is originally from Belleville, Illinois. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, and furthered his education at Saint Louis University School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Oliver subsequently completed an anesthesiology residency at University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he was selected as Chief Resident before going on to complete an interventional pain management fellowship at the same institution as one of the co-Chief Fellows.

Dr. Oliver is double board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Oliver tailors his individualized approach to each patient and strives to markedly improve their quality of life by using the latest image-guided techniques, including innovative minimally invasive procedures for reducing or eliminating pain and restoring physical function. He is an active member in several pain societies and has presented several times at national anesthesiology and pain management conferences.
